I’m Taylor Carr, and TC & Co. was built from years spent behind the scenes of real estate — managing transactions, supporting agents, building systems, solving problems, and learning firsthand what it takes to move a contract from executed to closed without losing your mind somewhere in the middle.

But this business was also built from something much more personal.

I wanted meaningful work that could exist alongside my family — not constantly compete with it.

Transaction coordination gave me that. And somewhere along the way, I realized the systems I was building for myself could help other people too — agents who are ready to hand off the backend of their business, transaction coordinators who want stronger processes, and women and mothers who may be looking for a career that gives them both purpose and flexibility.

That’s why TC & Co. exists.
